01. Use of the game01. 游戏使用
The operator provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to play the game for non-commercial enjoyment under the applicable App Store license and these terms. The game, artwork, audio, and other content remain protected by intellectual property rights. Nothing here restricts uses permitted by applicable law.
运营者依适用的 App Store 许可与本协议，提供有限、个人、非独占的非商业游戏使用权。游戏、美术、音频及其他内容仍受知识产权保护。本协议不限制适用法律允许的使用行为。
Use must comply with the age rating and rules that apply in your region. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms or make purchases independently, ask a parent or guardian for permission and assistance. A parent or guardian can manage purchases through Apple's family and parental-control settings.

02. Local progress and leaderboards02. 本地进度与排行榜
This version stores progress and preferences on your device without a developer-operated account or cloud-save service. Leaderboard opponents are locally simulated; this version does not provide a public online competition between players. Device changes, deleting the app or its data, damage, or unavailable backups may cause loss of local progress and virtual-item records. We do not promise automatic transfer or recovery of local saves.
此版本的进度与设置保存在设备本地，没有开发者提供的账号或云存档服务。排行榜对手由本地模拟生成，此版本不提供玩家之间的公共在线竞赛。更换设备、删除应用或应用数据、数据损坏或备份不可用，可能导致本地进度及虚拟物品记录丢失；我们不承诺本地存档会自动迁移或恢复。
03. Virtual currency and items03. 虚拟货币与物品
Coins, wish stars, energy, hints, time-freeze items, and cosmetic items are for use within the game as described there. They are not legal tender, do not earn interest, and are not offered for cash redemption, trading, or transfer between players. This does not limit any refund or other rights required by law. Local challenge and leaderboard rewards are game items, not cash prizes.
金币、许愿星、体力、提示、时间冻结及外观物品，按游戏内说明在游戏中使用。它们不是法定货币，不产生利息，不提供兑换现金、交易或玩家之间转让的功能；适用法律规定的退款或其他权利不受限制。本地挑战与排行榜奖励均为游戏物品，不是现金奖品。
04. App Store purchases and refunds04. App Store 购买与退款
Where enabled in the released game, optional purchases are processed by Apple. Review the item, quantity, and price shown by the App Store before confirming. The current plan is one-time consumable coin packs, without subscriptions. Consumable items can be used up; do not assume Apple can restore spent items or that local item balances will transfer to another installation.

For a completed purchase that did not arrive, reopen the game and contact support if needed; do not repeat the purchase solely to troubleshoot. You may request a refund through Apple's refund service. Eligibility is determined under Apple's rules and applicable law. We will cooperate on purchase issues within our ability and obligations; these terms do not remove statutory consumer rights.

Do not use the game or support channels for unlawful activity, harassment, payment fraud, or unauthorized distribution of protected content. The current release plan has no advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting service integrations. Local data, voluntary support emails, website hosting, and Apple purchases are explained in the Privacy Policy.
请勿利用游戏或客服渠道从事违法活动、骚扰、支付欺诈，或未经授权传播受保护内容。当前版本计划不接入广告、统计或崩溃收集服务。本地数据、主动客服邮件、网页托管与 Apple 购买的信息处理，详见隐私政策。
06. Updates, issues, and your rights06. 更新、异常与权益
Updates may fix issues or add content. If terms or data handling materially change, we will update the relevant pages and give notice or obtain consent where required. If the game does not work as described, contact support. Device compatibility, interruptions, and local data issues may affect play; this statement does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights in your jurisdiction.
