01. Data stored on your device01. 保存在设备上的数据

The game stores progress, completed levels, energy, coins and items, home-building progress, challenge results, profile selections, language and audio preferences, and purchase-delivery records locally. Local profile names and challenge information are not uploaded to a developer-operated public leaderboard. We do not operate a game-account or cloud-save server for this version and do not receive local save files automatically.

游戏在设备本地保存关卡进度、体力、金币和道具、家园建造进度、挑战结果、个人资料选项、语言与声音设置，以及购买发放记录。本地昵称与挑战信息不会上传到开发者运营的公共排行榜。此版本没有开发者提供的游戏账号或云存档服务器，也不会自动向我们发送存档。

02. Device language, regional settings & time02. 设备语言、地区设置与时间

The game uses the system-provided language/locale to select a supported language, and the device clock, local date, and time-zone offset for energy recovery, daily refreshes, and timed challenges. This processing takes place on your device; these settings are not transmitted to us for analytics or advertising. Locale settings are not GPS location, and the game does not request access to precise location, contacts, your microphone, or your camera.

03. App Store purchases03. App Store 应用内购买

If you make an in-app purchase, Apple processes payment under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your full payment card details or Apple Account password. The game uses product identifiers, transaction identifiers, and purchase status to validate purchases, deliver items, and prevent duplicate delivery; delivery records are stored locally. Information you provide for purchase-related support is handled as described in section 04. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.

04. Information you send to support04. 你主动提供给客服的信息

When you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any screenshots, device details, or order information you choose to send. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot issues, resolve purchase inquiries, and meet applicable legal obligations. Messages are handled through our support mailbox provider, NetEase 163 Mail (网易 163 邮箱). Opening the in-game feedback composer may prefill the game version and selected language; the email is sent only if you choose to send it. We do not sell this information or use it for targeted advertising.

你发送邮件时，我们会收到你的邮箱地址、邮件内容，以及你选择提供的截图、设备资料或订单信息。这些信息用于回复、排查异常、处理购买咨询和履行适用的法律义务；邮件由客服邮箱服务商网易 163 邮箱处理。从游戏反馈入口打开邮件编辑界面时，可能预填游戏版本和所选语言；只有你选择发送后才会发出邮件。我们不出售这些信息，也不将其用于定向广告。

We keep support information only for as long as needed to resolve the request and follow-up issues, unless legal requirements or a dispute require longer retention. You can ask us to delete your correspondence. We will delete information no longer needed, subject to applicable law and the email provider’s backup retention practices.

客服信息只保留到处理请求及相关后续问题所需的期限；法律要求或争议处理需要时可能延长。你可以联系我们申请删除往来邮件。我们会删除不再需要的信息，但仍受适用法律和邮箱服务商备份保留机制约束。

These website pages do not use advertising, analytics scripts, contact forms, cookies, or local storage. Your language choice is kept only for the current page and in navigation links. This website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare receives technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and access time, to deliver and secure the website. Its processing and retention are governed by the applicable Cloudflare terms and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

06. Retention, deletion & your choices06. 保存、删除与你的选择

Local game information remains on your device until it is replaced, removed through an available reset option, or removed with the app’s data. Deleting the app may permanently remove progress and consumable-item records. Device or cloud backups may retain copies according to your Apple and device settings; we cannot access or erase those backups. There is no developer-hosted game account to delete in this version.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information we hold, object to certain processing, or complain to a privacy authority. Contact us to make a request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that the request is yours. We cannot retrieve local saves we do not hold.

We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the game. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information through support can contact us to request review and deletion, subject to applicable law. Purchases should be managed through the device’s parental controls and Apple’s family settings.
